This genuine Neck Knockers Boob Scarf is handmade with 100% anti-pill fleece which has a slight brushed look to it. I hand knit each nipple with durable, washable yarn and machine sew them to the scarf; they can take a lot of abuse. Each boob has a small handmade pillow insert that I stuff with precisely weighed new plush poly-fill and sew closed; there's no worry about the stuffing migrating up the scarf when washed. The average scarf measures 57" (145cm) in length. Because these are handmade, some slight variances may occur. All materials are new and constructed with great attention to detail. 

Machine wash cool, delicate. No Bleach. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. No need to iron. It will not shrink.
